This advanced series for directors and strategic leaders includes the full content of 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝟭, 𝟮, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 and the 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀, 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴. It focuses on using MEL for strategic choices, portfolio steering and stronger funding positions, building an organisational culture of purposeful learning and positioning the organisation as a serious, evidence driven learning organisation.
