Ignite: MEL Foundations

This series includes the introductory course “Everyday Learning for Better Results,” which is designed for all staff to build a foundation on MEL and enable staff at the operational level and upwards to understand how MEL affects their job and how they can support the MEL process in their organisation; and the specialised course “We are being evaluated,” which helps staff understand what an evaluation is, why it happens, and how to participate constructively. Together, these courses introduce non-specialist staff to practical MEL as a way to turn everyday project work into better decisions and tangible results, using simple tools like results chains, indicators, and basic monitoring data to see what is working, flag issues early, and feed insights back into their teams. In addition, it will enable staff to benefit directly from evaluation in an active way.
