Build: MEL for Managers

This management level bundle includes all modules from 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝟭: 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝟮: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 which focuses on specific issue modules relevant for managers so that they may be better able to promote and encourage the best use of MEL practices. The series also includes the course “𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱” focusing specifically on how to prepare for and benefit from external evaluations. The series aims to secure a common baseline across the organisation, and then adds management focused content on designing and using results frameworks, monitoring plans and evaluation findings to adapt strategies, manage risks, allocate resources and communicate credible progress and learning to senior leadership and donors, shifting from “filling in reports” to using MEL as a core management tool for steering impact.
